The system letters, called to those of the letters that after you did the SMTP setting, it will send for users through system.
These letters including of the letters that for registered user, changes the users make in their profile will be sent, like password change and online shopping to email that have been saved.
Sometimes it is necessary that you follow up as a administrator that you email have been sent correctly or not and if it is necessary send it again.
For realize from the situation of email following the below steps :
For right send of letters, it is necessary you must do SMTP setting in the part of "system/setting SMTP".
Refer to page center of tools management. In part of communication module click on "Email archive".
After that you will reach the following page that you can view the subject of email that have been sent or who has been sent, when is it time to send? What is the number of times sending? What is the number of forwarding? And what is the situation of sending?
If the letter is sent correctly, the status "successful", and if that letter is not sent its status will be registered "unsuccessful".
If you want sent the letters again, select it and like the image click on "Resend".
If you want sent this letter to someone else, select it and write the person email in part of forward to and click on "send".
